I’ve created several tunes for the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club). The main constraint was that it had to always incorporate the melody of their original soundtrack.
The ANWB requested their tune in an après-ski style. It became the opening track for their winter sports video in Austria in February 2023. The theme is loosely based on ‘Anton aus Tirol’. It all went downhill from here.
In December 2022, the ANWB requested a custom tune for their YouTube web series in a Scottish style. It became the opening track for their end of year video. Lang may yer lum reek!
A French theme was requested in June 2022. Although first concepts had a somewhat fuller arrangement, we ended up with a pretty straightforward theme consisting mainly of piano and accordeon.
In April 2021, the ANWB requested a custom tune for their YouTube web series in a Western style, since they would review cars from the US. Check it out around the 00:59 timemark on YouTube or listen to it below. Can’t deny I did the ‘yeehaw’ myself.
The ANWB needed a Chinese variation of their leader tune in March 2021. I created a Chinese version, which was used in their YouTube video where they focused on cars from China.
In December 2018 I made a Christmas version which was used in their Christmas special.
