Bon Iver hosted a remix contest, which was set to result in a complete recreation of the band’s most recent album through the art of remixing. Sponsored by music-streaming service Spotify, Bon Iver released the individual audio tracks / stems of all the album’s songs. The best remix for each song was selected by Bon Iver constituents in the end, assembled as a complete album and released on Spotify for the world to hear.
